Blanche M Pugley Mrs. Pugley was born on January 28, 1929, in Queens, New York. She was the daughter of the late Joseph Alfred Belec and Edith F (Williams) Belec. Blanche had resided in Oneonta, New York for many years before retiring from The State University of New York College at Oneonta as the head of accountanting. She and her husband Richard Pugley retired to Lakeland, Florida where they lived for many happy years. Mrs. Pugley resided at The Estates of Carpenters in Lakeland, Florida. Blanche will be dearly missed and remembered by her son, John Richard Pugley his wife Shuyi Ou and her two grand-daughters Marisa Ou and Milena Blanche Pugley of Seminole Florida. She will also be remembered and missed by Norman Whitaker and Karen Becker of Lakeland, Florida. Along with her friends, residence and staff of the Estates of Carpenters Community. She is preceded in death by her husband Richard Pugley, her parents Joseph Alfred Belec and Edith F (Williams) Belec and siblings Alfred Belec, Lara (Belec) Miles , John Belec and Arthur Belec. A Catholic mass will be held at The Estates of Carpenters, Lakeland (a time & date to be arranged) and a Memorial will take place at The Estates of Carpenters (a time & date to be arranged) in a remembrance of Blanche. She will be laid to rest in Oneonta, New York next to her beloved husband Richard Pugley. OUR LOSS IS HEAVENS GAIN
